Hi I have received a txt asking me to enter a one to enter a one time code, did you send this request.

If you didn't request the code, then ignore it and call o2 on 202 from your o2 phone, as it could be that someone is trying to access your account. 

 

Also ensure all your passwords are changed on any o2 service, just to be safe.
