i too have just moved from sky back to o2 and having the same issue. i have raised a technical ticket with o2 and also asked @Breanna to help. It seems this just needs to be a thread that has a clear if you have this issue with santander OTP, this is what you do to get it resolved. once i have an answer i will repost back here

Looks like o2 have fixed it, i started getting otp’s this afternoon. How to resolve. Call 202. Choose technical support. Log a ticket explaining its a santander OTP issue, have this forum post to hand and explain that its a well known issue, the agent will add this post to the ticket. It will go to level2 and within 24hrs seems fixed. Its on the o2 end regardless of what anyone reports
