Hello all my sister got a new phone changed sim card will text but won't make or receive calls bought a new sim card and still won't went into o2 but as a pay as go they said can not help and tried nearly everything on here to fix it and still not working any help at all please

When you said bought a new SIM card was this a new number on PAYG as that would require activating with a top up

What happens is you swap your SIM with hers?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It is but wanting to change to her number when I put her sim in my phone and old phone works perfect just in the new phone

If the SIM works in other phones I would be looking at the phone.

Belive she got it in October but did not try till recently to change it over.

Texts work on it just the calls in and out don't
