I just did an upgrade of my plan, and it suggested eSim as an option. I thought, thats wonderful, no need for more plastic chips, but it didn't ask me to check if my phone was compatible, just asked if I was using Apple or Android. So I went ahead, so I have the upgrade plan, and have found out my OnePlus 8T is not compatible. Can anyone assist, or is more viable to pop into a store tomorrow morning for one of the O2 Staff to assist me in person?

Believe me, even if your phone was compatible you are far better off with plastic you can easily swap between phones than an eSIM that O2 can take days to sort out

This is literally exactly what I have just done! Did you manage to sort it? My phone says not on a network now 🙈

A warm welcome @Shell23 to this O2 customer to customer community.
If that question is aimed at @AlchemyFox, it needs a tag thus. 👍

You need to follow the advice give to the Op, and go into store tomorrow with photo ID and get a new physical sim.
