Hi i was upgrade phone yesterday for samsung s23 ultra and there was the offer for buy samsung buds pro 2 for £1 but i don't do this, is any chance to do this now?

Buy a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB or Samsung Galaxy S23 256GB ("Qualifying Purchase") direct from O2 between 8 June 2023 until 5 July 2023 and claim one pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite for £1 (other colour variants excluded). Hello please can you help. I made a qualifying purchase under the above on 10 June. I have not received my code and on the phone O2 are saying they cannot see the above offer on their system and it only ran from April-May. I bought the device as this offer was part of the deal, what can I do?

O2 are wrong. They ran TWO promotions quite close to each other. The one you qualified for is the one I posted above which ran from 8th June-5th July 2023 and you got the buds for £1.00.

You need to speak to O2 again (and hopefully get someone who knows what they are doing)

Hi Cleoriff, thank you for backing me up. I've spoken on the phone three times and each time they have said they cannot locate the offer. In fairness to them I cannot see the offer anymore on the O2 offers page (but can see the previous April to May offer) so I'm stumped on how to proceed as if they cannot see if on their own systems I do not know how to prove it (as its not included in any of my purchase documents) @Cleoriff

The info I posted was taken directly from the O2 website when the promotion was running. I presume it was removed on 5th July.

Also, you have to remember is the promotion will have a proviso ie WHILE STOCKS LAST.

The only thing I can do is ask one of our account advisors @O2Sarah- to help. She is on this morning but is busy. She will answer on this thread and then send you a private message. 

PS. You bought your phone on 10th June. The 30 days you have to wait ended just 2 days ago on Tuesday 11th July.

Thank you so much! It's also the fact I never even received any communications whatsoever. Would be slightly misleading of o2 to have such a small amount of stock as I order the device two days into the promotion so should have been one of the first to receive my code after the 30 day mark.
