Same problems for years with three O2 SIMs!

I have three O2 Pay Monthly SIMs which I use in dual SIM Samsung S10+. I have had ongoing problems now for several years and had to travel for two hours to get to my nearest O2 shops on four occasions but the same problem keeps coming back again in particular with one of the numbers (a number which was converted from a PAYG) where suddenly the SIM stops working. Also the numbers have swapped themselves around on several occasions even though O2 have insisted that is impossible, it has happened again just now. I am so tired of paying for three SIMs and having constant problems in particular with receiving texts, which affects the ability to get notifications for signing in to various sites. Please don't tell me it's not possible for the SIMs to swap around numbers because it's happened several times now. I can't be sure as it causes so much confusion but I think it is temporary before one of the SIMs goes completely dead and becomes unusable and it always seems to be the same one, the one that was converted from a PAYG as I wanted to keep the number. I would be grateful for any help with this. (I have had a PC at home since 1982 and have always done all my own maintenance, and I don't imagine things!)

No one here can help unfortunately @ASH27

It's all down to O2 to fix.

Have you tried messaging them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

If this has been going on for several years my advice would be to get a PAC code for the SIM that is most troublesome and put it on another network

If you want O2's signal move if to giffgaff, Tesco or Sky

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
