Hi I am currently in Australia and cannot connect my O2 SIM to Optus AU network. I have tried to reboot, toggle flight mode, reset network settings, data and roaming is on etc etc. I have the travel inclusive zone bolt on which covers Australia. When I try to connect to a network manually it says 'your SIM card doesn't allow a connection to this network'. I cannot call O2 as have no service. Any suggestions? Thanks.

In the link posted by @pgn (courtesy of @Enlli) it does suggest this for those travelling to Australia :
NOMAD eSIM
If you are using a newer phone, chances are that you will still be able to stay connected without issues. And one of the best ways to stay connected in Australia is to get a Nomad travel eSIM for Australia. Nomad provides travel eSIMs in over 190+ destinations worldwide, including Australia so you can travel without worries.
Might be worth a try?
