SIM issue

Phone will not make calls or access GPS - not connected to O2 network

Could be a number of reasons

Have you tried your SIM in another phone?

You may need to message  O2

202 for PAYM, 4445 for PAYG - 08:10am is usually the quietest time to ring. Other numbers if your O2 handset cannot make calls in here:
