Good morning,
I've had a 'sim not provisioned' error on my phone for a day or so. Furthermore, logging in to my o2 account shows no services linked, and I can't receive the 2 texts to my number to relink my number, due to the above error. Calling 202, apparently my contract was provisioned by an external provider, so I need to call them. I got this contract through o2 direct?
Any idea what can be done?

Hi Enlli, thanks for your response. I've tried a few routes to contact o2 but without my number receiving a signal, I can't receive the security codes via text, and they won't help me any further. I'll keep trying I guess!
