Can someone please help, I’m tearing my hair out here! I’m not receiving outside calls, they go straight to voicemail. If I do get a outside call I cannot hear anyone. My text messages do go through but sometimes I have to keep retrying over and over again. Also my emails don’t come through, I have to switch my phone off and then back on, once I’ve done this loads of emails come through.
