I am currently in Spain. Pay £30 p/month tariff. Phone is set to roaming and auto select networks. Problem: No networks detected, can't make, receive calls, no data, nothing. The phone is dual sim, other sim works fine, calls, text and data. Seem to be a O2 issue. Any ideas? Phone No [personal details removed]

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 5g and try 4g or turn off 4g and try 3g.
5 - Check data roaming is turned on.
6 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
