I purchased the Data Roaming Zone 3 500MB bolt-on before my current holiday in India. It cost £45. My 02 account online says it is active. However, it's not working and hasn't been since I landed in India on Wednesday (3 days ago). I have switched on data roaming, played around with different phone network providers and switched my phone on and off again several times, but nothing works. When I try to go online without wifi I get a message to say I need wifi. When I landed in India I got a text saying I needed to buy a bolt on. When I look at my account I can see that I have purchased the bolt on for zone 3 and that no data has been used (that's because it's not working). Customer support is a bot, that doesn't answer my questions. Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Your best option is to contact o2 via either Skype on +44 800 902 0217 or via Social Mediajust send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Also check that your Mobile data settings are set to mobile.o2.co.uk
