i paid my bill yesterday after having an overdue balance and still not received my data back after it being 24 hours, tried restarting my phone multiple times over the 24 hours and nothings working?!

roaming not working

i am currently in hongkong so i bought additional data to use roaming but it is not working. i have tried to troubleshoot but failed many times. please help!
