Can you tell me why the extending ringing length codes do not work on my X3 Pro and my X5 Pro, thanks

I think that the MMI codes don't work if you have WiFi calling enabled on your account (or phone - not sure which) @Creda1 .

Plus you have to be on mobile data and not WiFi.

Yes, the codes don't work when WiFi Calling is activated in you account for some reason

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
