I am unable to receive calls or do outgoing calls. Unable to phone 202 or customer services to get help. What do I do

Borrow a phone or pop to an o2 store and ask nicely if you can call customer services and get this resolved.

The number to call is 0800 902 0217

On the off chance the social media team can help, then message them on X - @o2

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
