How do I request a replacement sim?  I can no longer use the data on my phone and I have been asked to try a new sim before the manufacturer will check for a fault on the phone.

Quickest way is to go into an O2 store (You will need ID)

Or message O2 on

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW)  Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
