I have a code for Disney plus getting be three months free. How can I possibly add this so I don't get charged

You cant stack the offers, you can only use one offer.

To activate follow the instructions here Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

If you already have a subscription you need to cancel at the end of the current period (DO NOT DELETE THE ACCOUNT) and then add in the code from o2

Hey! What if my current disney+ subscription doesn't end until April 2023? Will the code still work then for 3 months or am I basically losing out? Thank you

Depending on your existing subscription you could cancel that and then use the 3 months free @GregSpinks

If that's not possible then you are indeed out of luck...
