We have a business account with O2, servicing 19 contracts, the accounts are managed and overseen by multiple administrators.
When I logged into the account earlier this week I was asked for a mobile number for security codes to be sent, I input my personal mobile number as I believed that this was mandatory. However, this is not practical for us as multiple users (now working remotely) need to be able to access the business account on-line.
I'm seemingly unable to remove the number, only being offered the option of replacing it with another -again, this is not practical for us.
Please advise on how I can remove the contact number used for a security code.
