If its a overdue bill or a late payment then you need to speak to payment management on 0800 902 0217 tomorrow and they will be able to help, but whether they reconnect is down to the circumstances and delinquency of the account.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Unfortunately it was bad timing, coming up to a bank holiday weekend.

Try again on Tuesday. They open at 8am.
