Text Message Tips (not sent or received)

Hi I've a problem with my phone this morning where I can receive text messages but I can't reply/send out it just comes up a fault message and says Failed on the row. I've tried the steps above but nothing helped this matter.  It's a Samsung A22

@KeadyEva - if force-stopping (and clearing cache)  your messaging app does not fix it, and a reboot also does not help, then you need to contact O2 CS (202 on Contract, 4445 on PAYG or via Social media here:

Thanks did the FB support, not sure what was wrong but reset the network setting, restarted, still didn't work at once but after 15 minutes it did.
