Hi Gary, How did you get on with this? I have been trying to do something similar for the past week. I have my new PAYG SIM, called to request a migration of my old number (which I've had for 15 years).
My pay monthly contract has now been terminated by my number has yet to be changed over to the PAYG sim. I'm concerned my number has now been lost and every call centre I speak to does not know how to help me and I get passed between every department!
Any advice greatly received
