HI

I Just renewed my contract online. I have a new handset on the way and a new airtime plan to what I am currently on. When my new device comes and the new sim activates will it just swap me over auto, or do I need to come online/call and cancel my old airtime plan. My contact ends October 3rd, I paid off my device plan but it didn't tell me to do anything regarding the airtime.

@MustangSteph

Your new contract transfers on the O2 system so it will automatically be on your current sim card.

You can just put your current sim in to the new phone if you wish, but you will receive a new 5g sim with your order, so if you are in a 5g area and have ordered a 5g phone, you need to do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
