Poor signal in Elderdlie

I have continuous issues with poor signal here in Elderslie. Using phone at home is frustrating because I can hear people clearly but they can’t hear me. Probably more frustrating than not having a signal at all.

Checking network status online switches back and forward from, there’s issues, to, the issue has been resolved, with no effect or improvement to service.

My neighbour had the same issue and reluctantly had to jump ship to a different  network provider. I’m just a few months into a new contract, so I feel kind of trapped. And to be clear, I didn’t have these issues with my old phone. So up to this point, I’ve had my checked out at local o2 store,  network resets, new sims sent out and I’m still stuck here unable to use my phone at home.

Where do I go from here? Is there issues at the local transmitter that aren’t getting resolved properly?

any advice would be appreciated,

Andy

@Pud901 Using WiFi or 4G Calling may help you at home. Take a look here:

@Pud901

You need to report it to O2 to investigate.

Use the My Network app to do so https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
