Yes the Apple webpage is out of date, as o2 have had RCS for a good while, it's still a poor implementation aka a compliance release and I havent seen any changes up to the latest beta release..
And the last update to that page was 16th October 2024.. 😞 , so would take it with a pinch of salt..
