Aaaaaaah I’m still having issues with porting my number!
got a PAYG sim on giffgaff after lots of issues of migrating my number when upgrading  through a 3rd party.
tried to port my number last week & apparently my temporary o2 contract has been disconnected….i have no idea why & wouldn’t have authorised this. Phoned customer services, same old thing of being passed between departments, being on hold  for a very long time with the promises that it eill be sorted…..have now received a BIG bill from o2 assumingly that I need to pay for the new upgraded phone as they cancelled my contract!
have now lost all signal on both giffgaff & o2 phone both saying network not available, SIM not provisioned.
please, any help appreciated as I think I’m in the edge of a breakdown with the stress & o2 so called customer service just don’t help!!!

@Jillaboo -

You can only persist with O2.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, nobody here can access your account.
You need to persist directly with O2.
Message them on Social Media: Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Now around 8am is the best time to call. Good luck!
