Had a weird day - so I did the port form 5 days ago, seems to have happened today. My O2 profile shows my old transferred number from EE. My iPhone says the same, so looks all good. But for some reason, while I can send texts and they are delivered, I can't receive any. Including verification texts from O2. Also, whilst I could receive a call from my wife who is on GiffGaff, when my dad calls me on his BT landline, he gets through to EE voicemail. But, similar story as with SMS, I can call him fine. What's going on here and how can this be fixed? Already called up 202 earlier today and couldn't get it resolved. I also can't activate iMessage/Facetime I'm guessing because of this issue.

Try resetting your network settings as it sometimes helps.

@MI5 @Bambino thanks for the quick responses, unfortunately no luck with this though. It's like I'm stuck partially with EE still or something. I see there are some other topics about this issue recently.

@pogsee You'll need to contact O2 via the social media links above, or call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
