Hello, On 16/05/24 I submitted a PAC code ******** asking to port phone number *********** from SMARTY to my O2 account to replace *********. So far nothing has happened.

O2 don't port over weekends
Depending when you gave it Thursday would depend if it would port on Friday.
Normally you should get a text saying when it will port.
Don't expect anything now till Monday at the earliest
