Hi,
i am really finding my iPhone 11 quailty in camera frustrating. I have enjoyable storage and check the information in settings as per website nothing is sorting this issue.
I also cannot make any calls to company numbers IE doctors ect. I also cannot use the safari straight away I’ve got to accept the terms and conditions every time I go online.
im so annoyed and frustrated this all has been going on for months And I’m really contemplating closing my contract and not using o2 again.

The camera is not o2's fault but an issue with your Apple Device, so i would suggest the following:
Sounds like you need to do a full factory reset on the device and see if that solves the issue.
I would also recommend making an Apple Store Genius appointment or speaking to Apple Device
