Phone off for a week and lost Visual Voicemail and no Whatsapp Messages have come through

Hello

I was away last week so left my phone switched off. It's a work iPhone 7. 

When turning it back on I notice that I no longer have visual voicemail and no Whatsapp messages have delivered for this period, I've sent a message and it arrives now.

I've tried disabling Voicemail, updated iOS to latest version, turned Data on and off and WiFi the same. For Whatsapp I also tried deleting the app and restoring.

Is there something obvious I'm not trying?

If you've tried all the steps on the Voicemail support page for your phone, you may want to contact O2 customer service. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

As for Whatsapp, have you tried opening the desktop app to see if the messages were delivered but not pushing through to the phone?
