I’ve recently opened my own o2 account and gotten my own phone. My previous phone number was on an account that my dad was paying for. I wanted to keep my old phone number and requested to have it transferred over to my new sim and account 3 times and it hasn’t happened. It’s been 1 week and I’ve had to carry around both my old and new phone around in case I get texts and phone calls. What’s the deal? Why isn’t my phone number transferring over?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum

Thank you. I unfortunately can’t access the old account as it’s my dad’s details so will have to sit down with him on my next day off and sort it. He keeps asking me to sort it but it feels like I’ve done everything I can on my end and nothing’s changed.
