Phone not working properly

My phone has been terrible recently, I pay so much money because my bills have been increased yet I can’t use my phone to its full capacity. When I make a call it pretty almost every time fails, the internet connection is bad. Pages won’t load, messages won’t send, what’s happening

Some other things to try :

• putting your sim in another phone (if it works ok, the issue is with your phone)
• putting another sim in your phone (if that works, then it might be an issue with your sim)
• getting a new sim (either by calling customer services, or visiting your local o2 store with photo ID)
