Phone mast down in the area, this mast has been down since last year it is causing a massive inconvenience in our area as important phone calls get ended as they think we aren't on the call to them no longer due to signal being so bad, I have been told numerous times I sound robotic on the phone and it isn't the phone as it is brand new, I am paying for a contract that isn't fulfilling my needs

@Tash91 If your mast has been down that long you should be entitled to some compensation, but it's discretionary. You'd need to speak to customer service. You can reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
In the meanwhile you have the alternative of WiFi calling. See this link: Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2
