My phone is an Oppo Reno 10x zoom and I was recently changed over from Virgin Mobile to 02. I took my phone to America. I installed the 02 roaming bundle in advance, but I couldn't call text or use data. While there I googled that American networks were probably not compatible with my phone make and just relied on WIFI. However after arriving back in the UK and connecting with the O2 network I still can't phone, text or use data.
I have turned it on and off again, made sure air plane mode was off, turned roaming on and off. Turned the SIM on and off. And physically taken out the SIM given it a blow and put it back in again. And generally combed the settings for anything that might work. Oh and my last bill says paid in green on the 02 app so it probably isn't that.
Is there anything I might of missed before going nuclear and factory resetting the phone?

How did you resolve this in the end? I'm just back from Canada and have the same problem...
