Paying my bill

I can’t call on my phone to pay the bill. This is not acceptable.  Because of this I now have to pay extra £6. Why would you stop someone from calling O2?

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
