PayGo SIM Card not working for a week now

I've transferred a number to Pay and Go with o2 from EE.

 

However, the mobile has no service. The service went offline the second day and has since been off for the past week. I've phoned o2 customer support who just attempt to reset the SIM Card remotely but it still doesn't work. Has anyone else had this? I've topped up £10 on a rolling plan.

 

The number isn't in my o2 App anymore either.
