Paid airtime bill but no 4g service

Hi, as the title says i've paid my airtime bill but i still don't have 4g service on my phone. This has happened before because of late payment but it usually resolves itself, and it hasn't for a couple days.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
