My last network was id mobile.changed the contract still with id mobile but I want to keep my number.ported my old num with O2 and now I want to switch back to id mobile.when I have requested a pac code from o2 they said I have already a pac code and I can use the previous one to go back but I know is not possible.Been on the phone for 2 hours nobody can help.when text to 65075 ot says failed to send .they canot provide a pac code at all.I am stuck please help

been on the phone with them more than 2 hours .they keep saying I have already a pac code when they are accessing my account but I do not have one.i only have the pac code from my previous network
