I recently ported my number from Vodafone (29th Dec) however numbers from Vodafone can’t be through to me….calls from other networks appear to be fine…..help!!!!!

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

I am having the same issues!! I need my number transfered! I've been without it now for 9 weeks thanks to Tesco, can someone please sort this!! @O2Lisa @O2Lucy ?
