My old phone is asking for a pin

It's a number you have set at some point in the past.

Usually 4 digits.

If android you can enter a wrong pin a number of times and you'll get the option to sign in with the Google account that is on the phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
