My step son has a Samsung S23 which had Family Control enabled. He has learning difficulties and has somehow managed to change the PIN access to a Pattern Access which he has now forgotten. How do I manage to access and reset (Soft or Factory)?
As usual you cannot get hold of anyone at O2 to speak to or even on the virtual chat which doe not register with the issue I have
