Hi I don’t know if I am posting in the right place. My mum has an old style Nokia phone that doesn’t have internet access on. She’s received a text about having to upgrade her phone due to o2 not going to support 3G anymore. Does this mean she’ll actually have to get a new phone despite it not being internet compatible? She would struggle to use a smart phone so is worrying. Thanks

In all that has been written, as it is a dumb phone she will still be able to use calls and text using 2G

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
