PAC code

Not very happy about this, followed your instruction and sent ‘pac’ to 65075 like your website says, I get a message back saying that you could not understand my request. I’ve done it 5 more times and the same problem, the numbers that the message provided didn’t work for customer service either. This it very poor service and only strengthens my reasons for leaving. I want my PAC code ASAP!
