You need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 you can do this from another phone or use Skype there is a guide here Guide: A Guide to Skype
Just so you know depending on the deliquency of the account, o2 may not reconnect you without a payment and will add charges onto your account

No one will call you as we are all customers here like yourself.
You can download Skype on any device with an internet connection and the 0800 calls are free.

This isnt customer services and we are all customers like you.
You need to download skype onto either your phone / laptop and create an account with them, the call is free or find a friend to lend there phone.
