We’re just confirming that we'll be porting your number on 25/11/2023. When this day comes, your number will be disconnected from your previous provider and connected to O2.
But the old number still hasn't ported over, who do I need to contact please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

O2 via Social Media - link below has the 3 ways - and be prepared to wait for about 2 days for an answer, but to poke them now and again once you get the 1 to 1 direct message to them, @JaneG1 - eg:
