I don’t seem to have access to adding a spend cap on my account. I don’t want to go over my 20GB data

If you are in the UK you can't exceed your data allowance as data will stop until your next billing cycle
You can add a spend cap but you need to contact customer service
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
