how do I access old bills - i need to go back to mar 2021.

These should be on your MyO2, if you have not changed number or similar since (usually 2 years, so Sep 2021 and forward only will be accessible): Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? 

If you are on the new MyO2 back-end 360, it may be in one of the drop-downs on the front page after login, but not sure if all old bills are being moved across going back 2 years...

Going back earlier may mean a call to O2 on 202 @TC12345 - good luck!
