I'm having a nightmare. My handset and earbuds were purchased whilst I was with virgin. A month later i was switched to O2 so My mobile service is now provided by 02.
My earbuds are faulty and neither company will help me.
What do I do?

-Your best option would be to deal directly with the manufacturer

The handset and earbuds are still with Virgin, as you still pay them for the device plan, there is nothing o2 can do really to help you.
You have to persevere with Virgin, might also be worth posting int the community at https://community.virginmedia.com
