I work in a small business and we have around 17 connections.
These connections are all over Scotland but for the most part around the central belt. Glasgow/Edinburgh.
My employee's have experienced "missed calls" from customers. when I say missed calls there is no notification on the handset. And from the customer/suppliers point of view they simple cant get through. No ringing no voicemail nothing.
Its not prolific but its enough to be annoying. I have had around 9 instances that my staff are aware off this year.
Any suggestions. Different phone numbers, different locations. Some calls are international some are local.
