Mine is working using Firefox on PC but can't get in using the app....so the app is updating I would think. (or down for maintenance at this time of night.)
Try again tomorrow @Lisa1975
PS I have just updated the app to the latest version and it's now working with no issues at all.

All good by app and web to get to MyO2 this morning. Still not moved to System 360 though 😐

As my bill payment day is the 1st of every month, I can usually see if the reward has been applied at any time prior to that by looking in the "Recent Charges" section after getting to the Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? - assuming O2 have processed the Community Reward Winners' List for that month, of course! 😂
And as I was checking that the MyO2 Billing Site was back in operation, I thought I'd tale a little look-see. 😹
