We got a new SIM card for my daughter and looked to port her old number over to her new SIM from plus net.
I ported it over but used the wrong SIM and used my SIM. I now have my daughter's number!
I have spent two weeks on the phone to O2 customer services with no outcome??
I need my old number back and hers ported to the right SIM?
Can I get my old number back?
I have a ticket number but had no contact from O2 since?

You need to contact O2.
